By booking or staying at New Avenue Hotel – The Pas, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Rates

• Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Rates may vary based on demand, weekends, and special events
• Weekend demand is high; early booking is recommended
• Book direct for the best available rates

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in

3. Payment Methods

We accept:

• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• Cash (with valid ID and refundable deposit)

Full payment or authorization may be required at check-in.

4. Security Deposit

• $100 – Standard Rooms
• $200 – Suites
• $150–$300 – Cash bookings (based on management discretion)

Deposits are refunded after room inspection at checkout.

5. Guest Conduct

• Quiet hours must be respected
• No smoking inside rooms
• No parties or disturbances
• Only registered guests allowed after hours
• Illegal activity is strictly prohibited

Violation may result in eviction without refund.

6. Damage & Cleaning Charges

• Smoking violations: $200–$300
• Excessive cleaning: $50–$300
• Damaged or missing items: charged at replacement cost

Charges may be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the card on file.

7. Entertainment & Events

Weekend events, karaoke, live music, and promotional prizes are subject to change without notice. No cover charge applies unless otherwise stated.

8. Parking & Wi-Fi

Free parking and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.

9. Transportation Services

Airport pickup, drop-off, and taxi services are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of personal belongings
• Delays due to weather or transportation
• Third-party service interruptions
